OBSERVATIONS:

THE OPERATING DOCTOR SAYS K.P.’S “VERSION” OF THE INJURY HAS THE BEST PROGNOSIS BECAUSE OF A LACK OF ADDITIONAL DAMAGE BEYOND THE ACL. HE DITCHED THE CRUTCHES THREE DAYS AFTER SURGERY.

K.P. WAS IN PHYSICAL THERAPY DOING RESISTANCE TRAINING THE DAY AFTER THE SURGERY.FULL BODY TRAINING STARTED THREE WEEKS POST SURGERY.

K.P. HAS A PERSONAL CHEF THAT IS DESIGNING A NUTRITION PLAN FOR HIS REHAB.

IN ADDITION TO STRENGTH TRAINING, K.P. IS WORKING WITH SOME ADVANCED MOVEMENT SCIENTISTS TO BUILD FLEXIBILITY AND QUICKNESS.

K.P. MADE IT CLEAR HE WANTS TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR.

THE DOCTORS STATED HE IS TWO TO THREE WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AS OF MID MARCH WHEN HE MOVED HIS TRAINING TO THE REAL MADRID COMPLEX IN SPAIN.
